Policies
​​Lemax Village Houses and other products we sell have many moving parts and pieces and should always be handled with the utmost care. Here at Sissy In Seattle Holiday Merriments we test everything, and inspect all items before they are packed and shipped to you. If you order has arrived with an issue please see below the best resolution to your issue.
Product Issues, Payment & Shipping
​We do not use social media messenger services, so do not message us on social media. All contact for the following issues should be addressed via emailing us at sissynscooter@gmail.com
Broken Items
Broken items: Figure broken, item chipped off, physical damage to item. Email us to report damages so we can initiate a UPS or USPS claim. Retain all packaging, cushioning and the damaged item(s). Discarding the outer box and cushioning will void the ability to file a claim. We will email you back with detailed instructions of what images are necessary for us to file your claim. Claim processing can take anywhere from 7-30 days to complete.
Malfunctioning Items
Malfunctioning items: We inspect and test all items before they leave our warehouse. We do not warranty malfunctioning items and will not allow returns on these items. If you believe the carrier mishandled the product in shipping you can opt to file a carrier insurance claim. Otherwise, LEMAX.com has an 18 month limited warranty on malfunctioning pieces. Visit LEMAX.com - go to #LEMAX - then SUPPORT. Absolutely no returns are accepted on malfunctioning items.
Returns
Returns: For all other issues we offer a 7-day return policy, however customer will be responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
No returns on opened, used, malfunctioning, broken items.
To return you must email us @ sissynscooter@gmail.com to obtain an Return Authorization #.
Returns sent back to us without an RA# on the parcel will be refused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items received back with missing parts, damaged, not new, or missing our Sissy n Scooter control sticker. We strongly suggest shipping returns insured.
Shipping
We ship using UPS or USPS insured and tracked to USA only. Look for tracking to come to you via email when your order is shipped. Shipping is based on box dimensions & weight. Adding items to your cart will show your exact shipping cost. We go over and beyond on packing items to ship. We use the following packing materials, packing paper, bubble wrap, environmentally friendly peanuts and tissue paper. Our goal is to get your order to you despite any possible mishandling by the carrier.
Payment
We accept orders from USA only. Visa/MC/AMEX Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We DO NOT accept Paypal.
